We ship directly within 2 days of your completed transaction through payment. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days for arrival. Let us know if you want it faster, you can pay the expedited cost per zip code and we'll get out the door asap!

We'll refund defective products (they're the worst and we hope to never ever send you one) if you notify us within 14 days of package delivery. We want every MonitorRelief customer to have a comfortable experience with our product, that's why we personally inspect, photograph and package each order on demand. Due to the personal-use nature of wearable comfort sleeves all returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval. For hygiene and product integrity reasons, used wearables may not qualify for return unless determined to be defective.

To request a refund or exchange on a defective or damaged product

1. Just email  care@monitorrelief.com

1. a clear picture of the defective product 
2. with a brief description 
3. your expressed desire for an  exchange or refund,
4. order number 
5. return address

2. Once approved we'll send back the return address with instructions 

3. We'll begin processing your refund or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your defective product
